It is mandatory for you to upload your delicious dishes daily to receive maximum orders because if you don’t publish the meals, customers will not know about them and consequently won’t place orders. So make sure to publish what you are making every day. Publishing a meal is quick and free; it doesn’t cost any money. Additionally, the food will not go to waste as you will prepare it only when an order is placed.

2. Highlight Your Specials…

Promote the dishes that you excel at as specialties. Also, feature recipes that you can prepare within 30 to 40 minutes as special meals, such as Halwa, Poha, Khichdi, Daal fry, Sabji, etc. You don’t even have to offer these foods every day. Decide on a weekly basis and upload them accordingly.

3. Share Your Meals on Social Media…

You create delicious food and publish your meals, but it’s crucial for people to know about your offerings, right? The best way to make them aware is by sharing your meals on social media platforms like WhatsApp status or messages, Facebook, and Instagram after publishing them. You will find the meal sharing option available on your published meals.

4. Make a group of 10 Mymas…

Inform people you know about Myma and encourage them to register as Mymas. Motivate them to showcase their culinary skills to the world. Remember, having as many Mymas in your area as possible is advantageous. Customers will order from the Myma app when they see a wide range of options. Moreover, if all the customers start ordering only from you, may you won’t be possible to deliver that large number of food… and even if you cancel orders, it will result in losses as those customers may not order from you again. Therefore, form a group of at least 10 active Mymas in your area. Each Myma should publish a daily meal and share their location with us. We will initiate special marketing in your location to generate orders for all of you.

5. Keep an Eye on Your Phone…

Remember, you have only 10 minutes to accept an order once it is received. Therefore, keep an eye on your phone after publishing the meals to ensure that none of your orders get cancelled.

6. Let Everyone Experience the Taste of Your Hometown…

As the location changes, so does the food culture. Each village or city has a distinct food culture, unique spices, diverse cooking methods, and traditional or special dishes that are exclusive to that place. Even if you occasionally find them in hotels or restaurants, they lack authentic taste. That’s why we aim to preserve the flavors of our villages and bring them to everyone. Your hometown may also have certain dishes or recipes that you prepare at home but are unavailable elsewhere. Make sure to publish those dishes and provide information about them. Other food enthusiasts will order them and people who have relocated (like you) will get to savor authentic village cuisine even outside their hometown.

When determining the food prices, avoid charging hotel-like rates. Always keep the prices moderate to attract maximum orders.

Papad, pickles, salad… these little additions make our served dishes a ‘complete meal!’ Therefore, always include some snacks with the meal to enhance customer satisfaction and attract more orders.

Some customers may be elderly or have dietary restrictions, making it difficult for them to consume typical hotel food. To cater to their needs, publish less spicy and less oily food options. Mention this in the ‘meal information’ section while adding the meal so that they are aware and can place orders accordingly.

Publish the order at least 4-5 hours in advance, meaning to check with the customer and have enough time to place the order.
