Refunds and Cancellations Policy

At Myma, we strive to ensure that every meal not only meets but exceeds your expectations. We understand that plans can change, and flexibility is essential. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring our customers feel confident and cared for.

Order Cancellation by Customers:
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it with no additional charges. This window allows our home chefs to manage their preparation effectively without incurring losses. To cancel your order, please use the cancellation feature on our app or contact our customer support team.

Automatic Cancellation:
In the rare event that a Myma chef cannot accept or fulfill your order, an automatic cancellation will occur. We will notify you immediately through the app, and you will not be charged.

Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are processed if an order is canceled within the stipulated time, or if Myma, due to unforeseen circumstances, cancels the order from our side.
Processing Refunds: Once an order is canceled, the refund process will be initiated within 24 hours. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank’s policies.
Partial Refunds: In cases where you are not satisfied with a part of your order or receive an incomplete order, please contact our customer support. We assess such situations on a case-by-case basis and process partial refunds accordingly.

Modifications to Orders
If you wish to modify your order post the cancellation period, please contact our customer support. While we cannot guarantee the modification of an order once placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request without additional charges, depending on the preparation status of your meal.
